The Mustad Hoofcare Group is the world’s largest manufacturer and distributor of hoof care products, serving farriers, horse owners and veterinarians worldwide. With local presence in all the major markets, we have been active in the hoof care market for 190 years and are still a family-operated business.

Mustad Australia

Mustad Australia was originally established by Carl O’Dwyer in 1971 under the name O’Dwyer Horseshoes, who saw a need for mechanically produced horseshoes in Australia. The hoof care business become part of the Mustad group in 2002 and was renamed Mustad Australia in 2010.  Today the company is delivering its products directly and through its distribution network throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
