The Jin Hung Aluminium Heartbar is a high-quality drop-forged bar shoe designed for strength, durability and easy modification by professional farriers.

Manufactured from quality material and heat-treated using a specialised process to achieve T6 hardness, for a strong, durable shoe.

Heating & Reshaping

The shoe can be readily altered cold for routine fitting. For significant reshaping or forging clips, it may be gently heated in a gas forge or hot water.

Heating can reduce the hardness of the shoe. According to the manufacturer, hardness may be partly restored by reheating the shoe after fitting and quenching in cold water.
