Broad-Spectrum Horse Wormer Paste

AMMO Allwormer is a broad-spectrum equine wormer containing abamectin and morantel for the treatment and control of tapeworms, roundworms, bots and other susceptible internal parasites.

Designed for routine worming of horses, foals and ponies, its two active ingredients work through different mechanisms to provide comprehensive parasite control, including specified benzimidazole-resistant strains of small strongyles.

Supplied in a convenient 32.5g dial-a-dose syringe that treats a horse weighing up to 600kg.

Dual Active Ingredients

• Abamectin acts on specific chloride channels within susceptible invertebrate nerve and muscle cells, disrupting normal nerve and muscle activity and leading to paralysis and death of susceptible parasites. It is active against a broad range of internal parasites as well as susceptible bot stages.
• Morantel is a depolarising neuromuscular blocking agent that produces sustained muscle contraction followed by paralysis in susceptible parasites.

AMMO Allwormer is also indicated for the control of susceptible parasite stages associated with certain skin lesions:

• Habronema spp. cutaneous larvae
• Draschia spp. cutaneous larvae associated with summer sores
• Onchocerca spp. microfilariae associated with cutaneous onchocerciasis

Skin lesions should be professionally assessed where they are persistent, extensive, infected or not definitively diagnosed, as many unrelated conditions look similar.

Directions

• Horses: the contents of one 32.5g syringe are sufficient to treat one horse weighing 600kg. Doses are measured in millilitres and correspond with the markings on the dial-a-dose syringe.
• Foals & ponies: administer 5mL per 100kg bodyweight.

Accurately estimate or weigh the horse before dosing and ensure the complete calculated dose is swallowed.
