Hawthorne Hoof Freeze is a strong hoof hardener and infection fighter designed for tender-footed horses, including competition horses.

Designed for horses that are tender footed or sore after being trimmed or shod, Hoof Freeze is an excellent hoof hardener in just one or two applications. Sole Pack Hoof Packing will also give relief in these cases.

White Line & Thrush

Hoof Freeze is a go-to product to stop suspicious white line or thrush infections. Do not use it on thrush or other infections that extend deep into raw sensitive tissue – in those cases use Sole Pack instead.

Sole Pack and Hoof Freeze are compatible and can be used together: apply Hoof Freeze into a crevice, then push Sole Pack Hoof Packing in. Together they give a double blast of infection fighters, and the packing keeps debris from entering the void.

Directions

Refer to the product label for directions. Do not overuse, as it can make a hoof too hard, leading to easy bruising. When applying, do not get the product above the hoof into the hairline; if you do, wash it off immediately and apply a lotion.
