- The KRP Extra Sound Fast Break has been designed to improve break-over on a long-toed thoroughbred.

- This shoe follows the shape of the Extra Sound race plate but has a flatter/shorter toe. It has a bevel all the way around from heel to heel to allow the hoof to break over quicker and reduce strain on the tendons and ligaments.

- Fast Break shoes still implement the wide webbed section to help distribute energy across the area of the hoof and the concave section provides extra grip.

- The painted sole relief reduces pressure and concussion to the sole.

-The heel has been designed to increase the width of the bearing surface and the slightly elevated heels assist horses with low heels.
