The Kings Plate Super Sound is a modern performance race plate designed to deliver enhanced support, balance, traction and break-over.

Designed for racing and performance horses where secure nailing, traction and hoof mechanics are important, it combines improved hoof coverage and support with balance and ease of movement.

Available in sizes 4 to 9, in 1 Clip Front, 1 Clip Hind and 2 Clip Hind styles (size 9 in 1 Clip Front and 1 Clip Hind only).

Support Through the Quarters & Heels

A slightly broader web, wider heels and an evolved concave section provide additional support through the quarters and heels. An extra-bevelled toe encourages a smoother break-over, while subtle heel elevation is designed to support hoof balance and help reduce loading through the tendons and ligaments.
