Vitazyme Lung Health Plus supports normal lung function and oxygen transport in performance horses through antioxidant protection, blood clotting support and red blood cell formation.

Designed for racehorses and performance horses in high-intensity exercise. It is estimated that 75% of racehorses will bleed from the lungs at some stage during their career. Lung Health Plus was designed to improve the strength and elasticity of the arteries in the lungs and increase the clotting ability of blood to help repair minor vessel ruptures.

Supplied as a powder with a 60 g scoop.

What Does Lung Health Plus Contain?

Feeding Rate

• Loading dose: 60 g/day – use for a minimum of 3 weeks when first introduced
• Maintenance dose: 30 g/day
• Horses under stress: 60 g/day
• For best results in horses in full training, maintain 60 g/day indefinitely

Dose rates based on a 500 kg horse. Feed as part of a balanced diet with ample forage, divide the daily dose into two meals where possible, and feed all hay at ground level to assist lung health.
