Vitamin & Mineral Supplement for Stabled Horses

Ranvet Folactin Blue provides a concentrated supplementary source of minerals, vitamins and microelements that may be deficient or incorrectly balanced in the diets of stabled horses and horses in work.

Designed for horses on higher-grain or energy-dense rations, which can alter the overall mineral balance – particularly the relationship between calcium and phosphorus.

Supplied as a powder in 5 kg and 20 kg sizes, with a measuring spoon (one level measure = 30 g).

Feeding Rate

Mix thoroughly through the feed, or mix the required amount with a small quantity of dampened feed before adding to the ration. Feed at the manufacturer's recommended rate for the individual horse.

Folactin Blue contains a copper salt; take care when supplementing horses whose diet already provides adequate copper. Consider the complete diet – pasture, forage, concentrates and other supplements – as excessive or incorrectly balanced mineral supplementation can be undesirable. Feed according to the manufacturer's directions, read the label, and consult your veterinarian, equine nutritionist or Ranvet if your horse is unwell, pregnant or on other treatment.
