Natural Cooling Poultice & Brace

Tuffrock Poultice is a 100% all-natural topical poultice and brace manufactured from molecular reinforced hydrated alumino-silicates.

Designed to aid recovery from impact injuries, swelling, cuts and abrasions. Tuffrock is generally regarded as safe (GRAS).

Supplied in 1.8 kg and 8 kg tubs.

Rapid Cooling Action

Tuffrock helps reduce the effects of inflammation by cooling injury sites extremely quickly, drawing heat from damaged areas on the same principle as a plate heat exchanger to provide relief where it is needed most.

Injury Indicator

The poultice stays active (damp) longer on injured areas while non-injured areas dry normally. Observing wet and dry patterns over a 45-minute period can help indicate the rate of recovery or identify problem areas.

Directions

• Apply a small amount to the damaged area, step back and let the horse feel the soothing effect.
• Then apply 5–7 mm thick to the injured area, extending at least 2 inches beyond the affected area.
• Use without bandaging, or apply liberally, cover with damp paper and plastic, and wrap lightly.
