Lysine & Gamma Oryzanol Muscle Supplement

Kelato ZanoBOLIC is a concentrated lysine and refined rice bran embryo extract (gamma oryzanol) supplement that aids in the development of lean muscle and topline and improves coat condition.

Designed for yearlings, performance horses, show horses and racehorses in training that need support for muscle development, topline and coat.

Gamma Oryzanol

Gamma oryzanol is a crystalline powder extracted from rice bran oil and rice embryo oil. It contains two components – sterols and ferulic acid. Sterols have many biological functions, while ferulic acid has strong antioxidant properties. In horses, supplementation is associated with an improved muscle-to-fat ratio, with greater muscle definition over the withers, shoulders and hindquarters.

Antioxidant Support

During high-intensity exercise, free radicals can damage muscle cell membranes. Antioxidants such as ferulic acid help protect membranes from these effects.

Directions

Feed according to the dose rates on the product label. If unsure, consult your veterinarian or Kelato.

• Light work/pre-training: 10g per day
• Heavy training/racing/competition: 30g per day

Yearling preparation

Begin 10 weeks prior to sale:

• Week 1: 20g per day
• Weeks 2 to 5: 10g per day
• Weeks 6 to 7: 20g per day
• Weeks 8 to 10: 30g per day

*Feeding recommendations are for 500kg bodyweight.
