The Zilco 19mm PN Halter – Cob is manufactured from 19 mm (3/4") woven polyester webbing coated with a co-polymer developed by Zilco, with solid brass fittings.

Designed for horses with a more delicate head shape, it has all the same features as Zilco's original 25 mm model but is proportioned to give a finer look. These halters are particularly popular for yearling sales.
